Company brief
Silent Web Solutions are a privately owned company that develops unique bespoke web solutions for clients and other web agencies worldwide. We are specialists in developing content management systems and have hundreds of customers using our software to help them maximise the potential of their business. We are part of a group of businesses who have been providing business services online since 2002.
The owner, Mark Preston has 23 years experience within the IT industry and is a proven SEO expert. He also knows exactly what NOT to do when it comes to marketing your business online as he has tested every online and offline marketing method out there and wasted thousands of pounds in the past on marketing methods that never see a return on their investment. This means that all his own customers now benefit from this experience saving them thousands.
Along with being a business mentor to startup businesses Mark has written several digital books helping people who are just starting out in business and has featured in many business magazines and newspapers throughout the UK. The office / location
The main head office is located at Forsyth Business Centre, Forsyth House, 16 Queen Street, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1PD and anyone is welcome to visit us at our Blackpool office. Just telephone first to arrange an appointment so we can dedicate our full attention to yourself by providing you with a confirmed meeting time.
The Blackpool office is where all the action takes place and is the heart of our company. You can telephone us on freephone 0800 987 5570 and get through to speak to someone between the hours of 8:30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If it is a sales enquiry just ask our receptionist (Linda) to patch you through to sales. If your enquiry is urgent and you need to get through to speak to someone at the weekend just send and email to info@silentwebsolutions.com requesting a call back and someone will give you a call.

We have a team of fully qualified professional website designers and web developers who provide a wide range of skills which can be viewed on our bespoke web development page. Our development team are provided with full training on the latest technologies ensuring that your website meets the latest industry standards. With 1,500+ unique websites completed for clients located all over the world our design and development team have the experience to back up the qualifications.
Internet marketing - SEO
In order to ensure that our clients websites not only look good and function correctly but achieve a top place in Google our Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) side of the business is an important service. Technical support
All the technical support is provided through a tutorial / support ticket system and is answered between the hours of 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12noon Saturday and Sunday. Within the admin area of your website there will be a direct link to our website tutorials where you can search for your answer and view the tutorial. If for some reason you are not able to find the answer within our tutorials or your problem is technical related then you can submit a support ticket and one of our technical support staff will provide the answer or fix the problem. If you are unable to access your website or our support ticket system then we do have a support telephone number as backup that you can call but for security reasons no changes to your website can be made when requested by telephone. We can however get you back online.
