At Silent Web Solutions our CMS Software comes with a complete searchable FAQ tutorial database that not only answers all the common questions but takes you through a non-technical simple to understand 1-2-3 tutorial process.
We believe our support to be exceptional in every way and in order to achieve a first class support service we need to provide as much help and information for our clients before they even get to the stage of contacting our technical support team. This ensures that we are able to deal with all technical issues in a speedy manner instead of spending most of the day answering the same questions over and over again.
To make the whole tutorials even easier to digest we are in the process of creating Video Tutorials for every single question within our FAQ system. Each tutorial video will be directly embedded into the exact same page as the text format of that question so our clients then have the choice of either watching a short tutorial or viewing and even downloading or printing the text format.
As you can imagine creating 100+ tutorial videos is going to take some time so as we complete one tutorial we will add it straight into our support system. We expect all videos to be completed by the end of February.
