You might be thinking that this is a very strange comment to post and we must be crazy to ask our customers to complain.
WRONG. If you have any issues, problems or you are not happy with either our service or support then we want you to tell us.
"If you do not let us know that you are not happy then we are unable to put it right."
At Silent Web Solutions we pride ourselves in being very honest with all our clients and we will admit if we have done something wrong instead of providing you with a fairy tale excuse BUT we will also correct any issues that you have.
We are not going to say that we are perfect and every single project we do runs like a dream and we never ever have any problems. We are only human and just sometimes things do not run as smoothly as we expected but a good company is one that deals with any issues that they are faced with.
In our experience we have found that the clients that have complained about something are the clients that are most happy with our company because they now know that they have found a company that tackles any problems head on and provides a solutions.
