We recommend that before you make any changes at all to your website you take a backup. It takes one single click to backup your site. If you make any mistakes or mess your website up you do not have to pay us to fix it but instead just restore your website with one click and everything will be back to normal.

Accounts Module
- Add, delete and edit an unlimited amount of admin users.
- Set the admin permissions. This is a great feature that lets you set what parts of the admin area you would like each admin user to access. ie.. if you only want an administrator to access the enquiries then all they will see when they login is the Contact Manager button.
- Disable / suspend an admin user. If a member of staff is on holiday then you may want to disable there access so they are not allowed to login or you may only want your staff members to have access during working hours. With this feature it means you do not have to keep deleting and adding their account but instead just click a button.
Page Manager Module
- Add, delete and edit an unlimited amount of pages.
- Set the category / linking structure.
- Set where on the page you would like the page link to appear. Top, bottom, side or maybe all. You can also set it so the link does not appear anywhere on the page but the page is still live. This is a great feature if you want to create a hidden page.
- Set the link title and the URL address.
- Disable the status of the page.
- Move the order in which each link appears. You might want one page link to appear above another, no problem.
Content Manager Module
- This is the section where you actually edit the content that appears on each page.
- Set the page heading that appears at the top of the page.
- Set the title of the page. This is the title that appears within the search engines.
- Add meta tags. There are no limits on the amount of meta tags that you add.
- Add footer content for each page so you can have something different displayed at the bottom of your website on each page.
- The actual editor that is built into the admin area is very easy to used and a full tutorial is provided within the support tutorial area.
Side Boxes Manager Module
The side boxes are the areas located at the side of your website.
- Add delete and edit an unlimited amount of sideboxes.
- Disable the status of each side box so it does not appear on the page.
- Move each side box up or down the page so you can set which order they display in.
- Use the simple editor to add both text and images into the side box areas.
- You can set which side boxes appear on which pages.
Contact Manager Module
If your website has got a contact, enquiry or feedback form on one of its pages then this is the area that you can view each enquiry details. The submitted information also gets sent to your email address as well.

Banner Manager Modules
- Upload and display an unlimited amount of banners to your website. The banners will appear throughout your website in rotation.

I already have a website, can I use your CMS on my existing website?
Yes as long as your existing website is HTML based (contact us if you are not sure). We can integrate our system into any existing website or design.
Do I own the copyright to my CMS website?
You own full copyright to the design, images and information used on the front end of your website. The domain name you select will be registered in your own name which will also give you full ownership. You will be provided with a lifetime license key that grants you permission to use our content management system software on your registered domain for an unlimited amount of time. You however have no rights to copy, duplicate or distribute the coding of our CMS software without written permission from our company. You can however change the coding on you own individual website.
Is your CMS search engine friendly?
Yes, very much so. It is developed in such a way that you are able to set everything that the search engines look for including all title, image and meta tags. Many of our clients who use our CMS software now enjoy a top ten ranking within Google and Yahoo but please note that it takes a lot more than just purchasing our software to gain a top ten ranking.
I want to be able to have complete control over my website but I have very unique requirements.
Not a problem. We have developed our CMS software solution so we can build and integrate any unique requirements you have into our system.
Do you setup my website and add all my information into it?
Yes, we do not just take your money and tell you to get on with it. When you receive your website it will be ready to go live. We set all the pages up, add all your information and images and fully test everything. All you have to do is login.
Can I copy my CMS website onto multiple domains?
No. Each content maagement system website comes with its own unique license key code which is assigned to your registered domain. If you try to copy the website onto a second domain then the website will not work and all you will see is a message saying invalid license key. You can however transfer your website to a new domain if required and we will provide you with a new lifetime license key.
Can I purchase multiple license keys so I can use my CMS website on multiple domains?
Yes, it is possible. Just let us know how many copies you require and the domain names and we will provide you with a price and issue you with the license key codes.
Can your content management system be installed onto my own hosting account?
Yes, we have no problem with you hosting the CMS website yourself on your own hosting account but please note that technical support cannot be provided unless we receive your cPanel and FTP access details.
What happens if I change something and mess everything up on my website?
Your CMS website has a built in backup and restore function. Before you make any changes please make sure you take a backup then save a copy of the backup file to your PC. If you then mess everything up you can just restore your website with one click.
Who is responsible for taking backups of my website?
Unless you have purchased a monthly website maintenance or managed hosting package it is your responsibility to take regular backups of your website through the admin area of your website.
Do I have the right to modify the coding on my own CMS website?
Yes, but we strongly suggest unless the person that is changing the code knows exactly what they are doing you do not touch the coding. If you or anyone else changes any part of the coding resulting in your website producing errors then technical support will be chargable to fix the errors so if you need anything changing please get in touch with us and we will provide a price.
Are there a limit on the number of pages that I can add to my CMS website?
No, there are no maximum limits set to any function or module of your content management system. We have customers who use our CMS software for a simple 5 page website and others who have 1,200+ pages and still growing.
Do you offer a white label or private label version of your CMS software?
If you run a web agency company we can provide our content management system fully white labeled and branded to your own company but you must purchase a license for each domain you install it on. For further details on our white label service please contact us.
